About Michele Randall

Mayor Michele Randall and her husband tony randall.

In 1978 my parents, Mike & Andy Miller, moved our family to St. George. I was 12 years old. St. George was the place we had all longed to live. My mom was born and raised in Southern Utah, and this was home. We were anxious to be surrounded by family. It was a decision that none of us has ever regretted.

I graduated from Dixie High School and married Tony Randall. Tony was born and raised in St. George, and we always knew that St. George was the place we wanted to stay and raise our family.

We have four children, two sons and two daughters. All of our children have families of their own. We have five grandsons and six granddaughters. We are very fortunate that three of our children and all of our grandchildren live in Washington County.

Tony and I became “empty nesters” in September 2012. In 2013, I decided I had the time and the desire to serve in our community. I chose to run for city council and was elected and sworn into office in January 2014. It is a decision I have never regretted. I was reelected to a second term in January 2018.

On January 4, 2021, Mayor Jon Pike resigned from his position as Mayor. I was appointed to his seat on January 21, 2021. I ran for Mayor and was elected to a 4 year term November of 2021. I’ve done my very best to respond to everyone who has emailed or called me to discuss issues they are concerned about, and if re-elected, I will continue to always make myself available to those in our community for the next 4 years.

St. George is experiencing unprecedented growth, but we should not outgrow our past. We should respect our heritage along with our future.

I can assure you that I will listen. I will never forget who I am representing, you, the citizens of St. George.

I would be honored and humbled to receive your vote and continue serving as Mayor of this amazing city.
